How we Differ from Traditional Carbon Filters…

The 3in1 technology used in the Water-to-Go filters is uniquely different to the activated carbon filter used in traditional filters. It would be like comparing the latest iPhone to the first ever telephone!

Carbon filters primarily improve the smell and taste of tap water.

Water-to-Go takes filtration to a whole new level. We use 3 different technologies in our filters (one being traditional carbon and two types of nano technology). Not only do we dramatically improve the smell and taste of the water, but we also increase your drinking safety by eliminating over 99.9% of:

  • Heavy Metals including Lead and Copper.
  • Harmful chemicals including “VOC”s (volatile organic compounds) Fluoride and Chlorine.
  • Disease carrying bacteria such as E. coli and Cholera.
  • Viruses such as Hepatitis A and Norwalk viruses.
  • Parasite (Oocysyts) like Giardia lamblia and Cryptosporidium.

In addition to the two nano technologies used in our filters, activated carbon is used. However, instead of glueing them into a block (like most carbon filters) and losing efficiency, we incorporate it into the membrane which ensures it works at 100% efficiency.

The Water-to-Go technology lasts much longer than traditional carbon filters. A Water-to-Go filter is effective for filtering up to 200 litres of drinking water (depending on size) – cheaper than other filters and much cheaper than buying bottled water!
